Facilities, in Ontario and across Canada, are required to report annual emissions of pollutants (greenhouse gas emissions inventory reporting [provincial ghg emissions reporting in Ontario and federal ghg reporting] and National Pollutant Release Inventory [NPRI]). Who needs to report, to which reporting scheme, what to report, and how, can be very tricky if you lack expertise and experience in the various reporting legal requirements, including NPRI reporting requirements.

For facilities in the City of Toronto, the more stringent reporting requirements, under ChemTrac, are required by 30 June, and provide these services as a ChemTrac emission reporting consultant.
